About Jeff's Bagel Run
Jeff’s Bagel Run serves scratch-made bagels that are mixed, boiled and baked in every shop. Made with unbleached, unbromated flour, our bagels are baked fresh throughout the day. Guests can choose from 16 bagel flavors and 16 handcrafted cream cheese spreads and butters daily, along with additional seasonal offerings throughout the year. We also serve house roasted coffee, espresso beverages, refreshers and other specialty drinks. Founded by Jeff and Danielle Perera in 2019, Jeff’s Bagel Run is built around a simple promise: Bake Fresh. Bring Joy. Build Community. Whether you’re grabbing one bagel or bringing a dozen to the office, you can expect warm service and bagels made right in the shop.

The staff were so accommodating and greeted us with smiles. They were knowledgeable about the products and delivered! Excellent bagels, clean space to eat inside or outside. We’ll be back!

Have been to the Orlando locations several times and was super excited for Jacksonville's first location... Amazingly delicious bagels and spreads. Coffee is always great as well. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Not your typical Beach area hipster vibe. Bagels so good they don't need to be toasted. Best part of Sunday is getting the bagels of the week notification on the app 🥯. Don't sleep in!

I grew up eating New York bagels and have been filling and empty suitcase with them to bring home for many, many years. I don’t have to do that anymore. Jeff’s Bagel Run in Neptune Beach makes bagels that could stand next to pretty much any NY bagel. Perfect, chewy outside, tender inside. I grabbed the more traditional flavors (plain, sesame, everything, and threw in cinnamon sugar just for the heck of it. Every single one was delicious. I froze 6 and they were just as good defrosted the next week. If you’re picking up a dozen and don’t want them sliced be sure to let them know, because freshly sliced is the default. Bagels and spreads are so delicious! We tried the jalepeno cheddar, cinnamon sugar, and everything bagel seasoned bagels and they were all incredible, but my favorite was the everything bagel! Their blueberry and chai teas were so tasty and refreshing too. The staff is amazing! The owners are salt of the earth! All around amazing experience!

Just tried the Jalapeno Cheddar bagel with Veggie cream cheese at the new Jeff's Bagel Run in Neptune Beach, and it was delicious! There was a great amount of flavor in the bagel, and the spread was a very generous amount with a ton of actual veggies in it. Highly recommended!
